I'm reaching out today to ask for your support in helping my dear friend, Evron 'Mello' Andrews, through a tough time. On Saturday, December 14, 2024 a fire consumed his home. Thankfully there was no loss of life. However, the home is completely unliveable. Mello, his daughter and his elderly father are without a home, clothing, toiletries and basic necessities.

The loss of the house not only deeply affects the Andrews family but most of the community that surronds the home. Many neighbours have grown up in the basement the house, growing up in the daycare run by the dearly missed, Ruby Andrews, the matriarch of the family. Since the passing of his mother, Mello has still continued to bring the community together in his home for many spirited events. This was a very unwelcome surprise and now Mello and his family would like to just move on and rebuild.

The funds raised from this GoFundMe will go directly towards rebuilding, clothing, food and toiletries. Every dollar donated will make a significant difference in helping the Andrews family get back on their feet and navigate through this challenging period.
