Help Evie Save Her Beloved Puppy Buck

Donation protected
*Our hearts are broken. Today we had to make the toughest decision. Our little Buck is not in pain anymore. I want you to know that he had the best Momma. He was loved fiercely with her whole heart. He loved the River, He loved Being Cool.. he slept on a cold bed. He loved his cousin Gus and had the funnest time pulling him by his tail. Abby and jacques loved him.
Evie taught him to sit, shake and kisses. It was so cute. I will never forget his kisses. Life isn’t fair. Evie is bruised and sore and heartbroken. Please continue to pray for our healing. I am grateful to each and everyone that has helped, prayed, donated, listened, sent kind messages. We love and appreciate all of you.

Help Us Save Baby Buck

Our hearts are absolutely shattered.

Earlier today, my little sister Evie was in a devastating car accident and the car was totaled,  We are incredibly thankful—and so, so lucky—to say that Evie is okay. She walked away with only a few bruises and scratches from her seatbelt and is currently sore but safe. We’re holding on tightly to that blessing.

But sadly, her 4-month-old puppy, Buck, was seriously injured in the crash. Buck is currently sedated and under close care at the animal hospital. He suffered a fractured paw, a serious mouth injury, and damage to his vertebrae. The vet has told us he still has feeling in his back legs, which gives us hope, but he’s expected to experience intense internal bruising and a long, painful recovery. We’ve been told it may get worse before it gets better—but there is a chance he can heal and live a happy, normal life.

Evie had been driving home around 8 a.m. when she got in a crash. Her car went in a ditch and crashed into a culvert before landing in a driveway. During the crash, Evie did everything she could to protect herself and her baby puppy. She was taken to the ER at Hurley for X-rays and was thankfully cleared to go home later that day—and straight to the animal hospital to be with Buck.

When our family visited, Buck was alert enough to recognize us. Though in too much pain to move, he tried to wag his tail when he saw Evie. He rested his tiny paw on her hand and let out a quiet cry—he knew his family was there.

Evie got Buck shortly after we lost our beloved childhood dog, Daisy May. Buck has been her healing companion, her constant comfort, and her absolute best friend. He’s helped our family grieve, and now he needs us to fight for him.

We’re asking for your help—whether it’s a donation, a share, or a prayer. The cost of Buck’s care is adding up quickly, and we’re doing everything we can to give him a fighting chance. Anything, even the smallest gift, would mean the world to our family.

Thank you for reading, for supporting, and for believing that our sweet baby Buck can come home again—where he belongs.

With love and gratitude,
Our entire family ❤️
