help Evie raise money for beads of courage

My name is Evie, i am 13 years old and since January 2021, I have been dealing with the diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. I am currently in my maintenance period of 24 months after going through 8 months of intense chemotherapy which meant spending a significant amount of time in hospital. I am now feeling much better and just need to take my medicine on a daily basis and hopefully I get the full all clear in August 2023 and get to ring the bell.

I have been very weak and unable to walk for a period of time but now feel much stronger. I have therefore decided to try and support one of the charities that was important during the hard times of chemotherapy, Beads of Courage. I have therefore decided to swim a total of 150 lengths in December. I would really appreciate it if you would sponsor me for the whole exercise or per length. I am determined to achieve the goal to give back to the charity that helped me in the really tough times.

Beads of Courage UK provides the Beads of Courage programmes to oncology/haematology, cardiac, neo-natal, burns and other chronic conditions units in hospitals throughout the UK and Ireland. This programme offers help, enCOURAGEment and support to children and families during treatment.
