Help raise money for CHECT
Little Harry(4) was diagnosed with retinoblastoma from an eye check he received when he started school this year. There were no signs of issues until the day of the check; he was referred immediately to the hospital, where they found the tumour was too large to be treated by chemotherapy and laser treatments, so on Friday the 1st of April, he went into surgery to have his eye removed(a week after his diagnosis)
This story has touched so many people, even ones that do not know Harry, and here at Work we have decided to raise money for the charity that helps little ones like Harry and his parents to adapt to this devastating diagnosis and provide them with all the support needed.
At times like this, you feel so useless,so we have decided we are climbing Snowdonia in May for the charity The childhood Eye cancer trust.
We will be thinking of Harry every step of the climb! Such a brave little boy.
