Dear Friends, Neighbors, and Supporters,
Evergreen High School is facing a critical situation. The quality of education is deteriorating, and our children's future is at stake. It is time to take legal action against the East Side Union High School District and Evergreen High School for their failure to address the performance of ineffective teachers, particularly Ms. Gwen Dixon.
I am deeply concerned about Ms. Dixon's teaching methods. Students have described her as passive-aggressive, instilling fear, causing mental stress, and displaying gender bias and racist behavior. These are not the qualities we expect from educators who are entrusted with shaping the minds of our children.
Ms. Dixon frequently assigns zeroes for various reasons, including the use of incorrect paper types, and her assessments—such as tests, quizzes, and homework—seem to be based solely on her subjective opinions and memorization.
As a community, we must take action to protect our students and ensure they receive the quality education they deserve. I am launching this fundraising campaign to hire an attorney and initiate legal action to hold the school district accountable. Our children—your sons and daughters—deserve a safe, supportive, and academically enriching environment that prepares them for success in the 21st century.

Terms and Conditions: In the event that funds are not received or do not reach the intended goal, and/or in cases where sufficient witnesses or documentation cannot be secured within three (3) to six (6) months following the occurrence of the related events, Steven Cheng shall have full discretion over the allocation and use of such funds. This discretionary right is granted in recognition of the substantial time, effort, and resources Mr. Cheng has invested in engaging with the relevant school, district, and state education boards. Such discretion may include, but is not limited to, withholding, reallocating, or repurposing the funds as deemed appropriate and necessary by Mr. Cheng.
