Powering Lansing’s Future — One Charge at a Time!
Many residents on Lansing’s west side still lack convenient access to electric vehicle (EV) charging. That gap slows progress toward cleaner air, limits transportation options, and leaves an otherwise thriving community behind. We’re changing that.
EVergetic Charging Stations, in partnership with the Ingham County Land Bank, is launching its second charging hub at 3600 W. Saginaw Hwy. This underutilized property is about to become something powerful.
This $885,058 clean‑energy project will deliver reliable EV fast charging to one of Lansing’s busiest corridors. To date, Derek Braswell, CEO of EVergetic Charging Stations, has personally invested more than $14,000 in permits and site plans to move the project forward.
We are transforming vacant Ingham County land into a modern EV charging hub—bringing clean‑energy access directly to the people and neighborhoods that need it most.
What We’re Building
This site will include:
3 DC Fast Charging Stations (DCFC) for rapid charging
Additional Level 2 Chargers for everyday use
A professionally managed, high-efficiency charging hub
