Help Evelyn get a Medical Alert Service Dog
Donation protected

Living with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and other diagnoses have made everyday life a constant challenge for me. I experience extreme fatigue, dizziness, weakness, lose my balance, and very often pass out. These symptoms make it difficult to manage daily tasks and maintain my independence. A service dog trained in cardiac alert, deep pressure therapy, mobility tasks, crowd control, picking up dropped items, and finding help if I need it would be life-changing, helping me stay safe and regain confidence in my daily routine.
I am planning to bring home a standard poodle puppy from a reputable breeder this September. The puppies are due in July, and I need to secure the funds by the time they are ready to come home. I will be training the dog myself, with support from trainers if needed, to ensure the dog can perform the specific tasks I require. My previous service dog, also a poodle mix, had to retire early due to an injury, but she showed me how incredible poodles are as service dogs. The dam of this upcoming litter has produced many successful service dogs, and I am confident this puppy will help me regain my independence and freedom.
Your support will help cover the costs of acquiring and training my new service dog, giving me the chance to live a safer, more independent life. Thank you for considering being part of my journey!
