Help Evelyn fight lung cancer

Hi, I'm Chastity, daughter-in-law to Evelyn Ramsdell. Evelyn had a biopsy performed in her right lung, as a CT scan revealed a suspicious lesion. She was diagnosed with a genetic form of Non-small cell Cancer on January 10, 2022. Evelyn had a PET scan performed, which revealed lesions in the left lung, resulting in the need for a biopsy in that lung as well. The doctor determined that she has Non-small cell cancer in both lungs, which may consist of multiple primary cancers.

Evelyn is a devoted wife to Scott Ramsdell, mother to six children, and Nanny to 15 grandchildren, with two more grandbabies due this year! She is kind and caring and goes above and beyond to help others, regardless of how she's feeling. Anyone who knows Evelyn knows she has a big heart and loves her family above all else!

I am starting this GoFundMe to help lift some of the financial burden associated with her diagnosis to allow her to focus on treatment and healing. Evelyn's doctor plans to refer her to the Cancer Institute in Boston, MA. However, dealing with her insurance has proven very difficult as the treatment center must be in-network for them to pay. The money raised in this fundraiser will assist in any cost associated with further diagnosis, consults, treatments, surgeries, etc.
