Hi! My name’s Evelyn. I’m a 32 year old transgender woman living with my partner in the north of England, and I’ve been medically transitioning since last year.

My dark facial hair still gives me an enormous amount of dysphoria, and even after shaving as closely as possible I am forced to cover it up with large amounts of makeup. After looking at my options, laser hair removal stands out as the best route for being rid of this source of dysphoria for good. But, this course of treatment is far beyond what I am able to afford.

I make just enough money from my job to afford rent, food, and bills, and have been told directly that an increase in hours is not possible at present. I’ve been looking for alternative employment, but have been unsuccessful so far.

All donations given to this fundraiser would go towards the multiple sessions of laser required to get rid of my facial hair for good. Any donations are deeply appreciated.
