Our daughter Eve is a wonderful 18 year old young woman with Down syndrome. Eve turned 18 this year and is now moving into a new chapter of young adulthood! Despite how awesome Eve is, she will need significant support throughout her life, and as a result Ted and I have created a trust to help support her. So far we have raised $75,000 of our $100,000 goal and now, we are turning to our community to help us raise the remaining $25,000.

This trust will provide a higher quality of life for her and cover things that her limited public assistance funds will not cover. One of our biggest concerns is housing. There is a 10 year wait list for Public Housing and no guarantee of receiving it. When Eve is ready to live independently this money will help us to expand Eve's housing options.

It will also help set Eve up for when Ted and I are gone and support Becket (Eve's older brother and only sibling) as Eve’s main caretaker down the road. Please consider making a donation for a brighter future for Eve! No donation is too small. It takes a village and Thank you!
