Hello family and friends,

Many of you know that I've been in a difficult custody dispute over the last two years which has severely depleted funds for me and my family.

I am in need of financial help for a custody court trial in the bay area, that's set for next week, and expected to last several days. Trials are expensive, especially ones that are out of town, and I've been dealing with this particular storm for over 2 years -- 2 years of legal fees and mounting debts.

Many of the costs have already been endured, but many more will take place next week, and I could really use the funding now.

I'm requesting help for trial costs after everything we've been through, including a 9 month custody evaluation, I thought would never be contested, and without help I cannot afford.

As a thank you, if you are local to Chico, for each $40 you donate, I'll offer a 30 minute beginning piano, or beginning to advanced voice lesson, or a music and movement class for a young child, this summer. This lesson can be for you, a loved one, or it can be a gift certificate.

This help is for trial related expenses.

I need funds for:

● Legal costs that can't be waived by the court like labor intensive prep of creating exhibits, etc.

● Parking and other expenses for my lawyer and her team.

● Costs for an out of town trial, like travel expenses, and transportation in the city.

● New and unexpected court recorder costs have come up.  I will need to cover these expenses. 




My amazing top notch lawyer has stuck with me thus far, with my inability to give her funds that have been needed, and yet she still continues to fight for us. She's a very good person!
