Help Evan Stay in His Home After LA Fires

Hi. My name is Evan. Thanks to the LA wildfires, I was unable to work on a major project that was moved out of the city, and thus lost a significant amount of income. This puts me in the position that I will be unable to pay my rent in February.

My financial resources are stretched as thin as they can be. Los Angeles has not instituted a rent increase freeze or an eviction moratorium as a result of the fires, and thus renters are vulnerable to both price gouging and eviction, even if they were able to keep their homes.

I do not make this request lightly. It's an extraordinary thing, to ask for help in this way. Such is the white-knuckled vulnerability that drives one to to make such a request—and the lack of any alternative options available to me.
