Help Evan's Legal Gender Transition

Hi!

I'm Evan, I'm a sophomore in the University of Utah's 'Actor Training Program'. I love Star Wars, Marvel, comic books, art, theatre, poetry, and acting! I go to school, hang out with friends, and perform sometimes.

I am also a transgender man. I was born female and have since transitioned to male. I've been out as transgender since 2017!

In all this time, I've never gotten my sex marker (the M or F on your birth certificate/driver's license) changed. Now that my rights are being taken away, I need to get my sex marker changed to M for my safety.

Getting a court date for a sex marker change costs $375 in Utah, and another $60 dollars to get a new driver's license. There are also other costs of filing paperwork and driving to-and-from various government facilities.

This is why I'm holding this GoFundMe! This money isn't something that I have but it's pivotal that I get my sex marker changed. It's for my safety.

So if you have anything to spare, I'd really appreciate it if you could donate! $5 or $10 dollars goes a long way, and makes it easier for me to get my court date set.
