My car broke down on Friday, and it's been a huge setback. For the past year, I've been working full time with Instacart to make a living, but I haven't been able to save any money. This breakdown has been a wake-up call for me to find a more stable job, but without a reliable vehicle, I can't even get to interviews. My mechanic says it will take a significant repair to get my car back on the road, but there may be more issues, and on top of that, my rent is due next week.
