As you may have heard, last Sunday, Jan 12, 2020, the Taal Volcano in Taal Batangas, Philippines, started eruption. Expert says that this may last days, weeks or months, nobody is sure right now.
I grew up on the town of Nasugbu, province of Batangas which is about 30 km away. My parents and siblings still live there, thankfully they are safe.
Currently, the most affected areas were those within the 14-17 km radius, and were advised to leave due to imminent danger. They fled their town and are now dispersed to different safer towns, one of them is Nasugbu, Batangas.
About 3350 of this evacuees are on schools in the town of Nasugbu as of jan 14, 2020
The evacuees are in need of donations like food, water, clothing, beddings and bedsheets.
My brother, Adriel Hernandez, is currently organizing relief efforts of foods and water to help the evacuees in Nasugbu and nearby towns
If you could spare some donation so we could send the funds for the relief efforts, no matter what amount.
I’m am sure that the people in the evacuation centers will greatly appreciate this help from you.
We will send the collected money directly to my brother to ensure that it will be delivered directly to help the victims of this calamity.
