Help Eva Fight Mammary Carcinoma
Our 9-year-old Bichon Frise, Eva, was recently diagnosed with a mammary tumor that pathology strongly favors to be carcinoma.
A rapidly growing mass led us to seek immediate veterinary care. A biopsy confirmed a neoplasm strongly favoring mammary carcinoma. Hearing the word “carcinoma” about your dog changes everything in a moment.
We have already spent $1,171 on diagnostics, biopsy, radiographs, and pathology to understand what we are facing.
Right now, there is no confirmed evidence of metastasis, which gives us hope. But Eva urgently needs full surgical removal of the tumor, abdominal ultrasound, and further pathology to determine the next steps. Depending on results, additional oncology treatment may be required.
Estimated upcoming costs:
• Surgery: $4,100–$5,200
• Ultrasound: $991–$1,239
• Hospitalization, anesthesia, medications, and follow-up care
We are facing approximately $6,000–$7,000 in medical expenses.
Eva is still herself. She eats well, wags her tail, and waits for her favorite vegetables. She doesn’t know she is sick — she simply trusts us to take care of her.
We are asking for help to give her the best chance possible.
If you are able to donate, even a small amount makes a difference.
If you can’t donate, sharing her story means more than you know.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
