Hi, my name is Eulalia Ramones and I’m not the person to ask for these type of favors, but I really would appreciate if you could donate anything that comes from your heart. Recently, on Monday, November 17, 2025, my home was raided and broken into by bounty hunters and detectives. They came to my house to do a search warrant for a suspect they were looking for, but I asked them to show me the warrant and they never did until after raiding my house. They took it upon themselves to break my door down and come in, so I started recording and asking, “show me the warrant,” “where is the warrant,” and they shoved me down on the floor and handcuffed me. While this was happening, they also had my daughter and my son-in-law on the floor. They had firearms pointed at us and proceeded to take my husband out from the restroom, where he was changing because he heard all the commotion. They handcuffed him as well, but continued to search my house and realized it was the wrong house.

After all that, I was detained and they didn’t read me my Miranda Rights, but I was still taken into custody. They gave the warrant to my husband after they did everything and also told him to go pick me up from jail in two hours, and that I wouldn’t be charged, but I got charged for “obstructing.” That same day, after coming out, we looked for a lawyer and found one. The total amount for legal help is more than I can afford, and I just want to clear my record for false impressment and also sue them for what happened.
