Help Eugene broken leg surgery

Eugene was riding on a scooter and a piece of plastic got caught in the back tire.. he flew off and broke his leg clean.. unfortunately he doesn’t have health insurance and surgery, ambulance costs etc. he cannot afford. This guy is the most uplifting and positive person and doesn’t deserve any of this. Any help would mean the world to him. Thank you ❤️
