Eufrazino Gaspar is a dedicated worker, a caring father, and a loyal friend who has always put his family first. Originally from Angola, Eufrazino came to the United States with the hope of building a safer and more stable life for himself and his loved ones. He is the only male in his family, supporting his mother and sister back home, as well as six children who depend on him for their daily needs. Despite the many challenges of starting over in a new country, Eufrazino has worked tirelessly for nearly a year, managing to pay rent, cover transportation, and send what little he could to his family in Angola.

On October 30, 2025, Eufrazino was unexpectedly detained by immigration officers while preparing to go to work. With no family in the U.S. and no savings due to ongoing financial struggles, he now faces the daunting reality of legal and bond fees that are far beyond his reach. Since his detention, Eufrazino has been unable to contact his family or provide any financial support, leaving his loved ones in an even more precarious situation.
