Help Ethan Fight Osteosarcoma:Operation & Chemotherapy Cost

Hello, My name is Gil Borlaza and I'm Ethan's uncle. I was asked for help by my cousin Ethan's mother Cielo to start this GoFundMe in order to help their family get through this new challenge in their life. Ethan is a very sweet and a happy boy. He loves to have fun and play around specially to run freely. His smile and laughter gives warmth and brightness that touches the heart of the people that surround him specially his love ones and we can't wait to see it again.

When Ethan was 2 years old, he was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. At an early age he went through Occupational Therapy,Speech Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Playgroups, Interventions and SPED Class in the Philippines up to this day.

On January 16th Ethan had an accident at their home. He slipped in their kitchen and hurt his right leg. They went to the nearby Hospital and discovered he had a fracture on the right leg. He was recommended for casting. After one month they went back to remove Ethan's cast and underwent a series of tests, Unfortunately the Attending Physician noticed abnormal growth tissues around the fractured area, so he went on another series of tests and MRI, and that's when he was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. The Attending Physician advised them to consult an Orthopedic Tumor Specialist, so they went to a bigger Hospital for a 2nd consultation. Ethan once again underwent a series of tests and an open wound biopsy, and there it was confirmed that it is Osteosarcoma (malignant).

Ethan needs to undergo Chemotherapy and Operation to remove the infected bone. The Doctor gave two options, either Limb salvation or rotaionplasty. That is why we are humbly asking for any donation to help him. It will give their family hope and a chance to fight and get through this challenge they're experiencing.
