Help Esyla Continue Dance Studies in Amsterdam
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Esyla and I’m a dancer from Turkey. Since I was 13 years old, dance has been not just my passion but the way I express myself, connect with people, and build my future.
Two years ago, I had the chance of a lifetime: I became the first Turkish and female dancer accepted into the Expanded Contemporary Dance program at Amsterdam University of the Arts. This was a huge milestone for me, and I’ve been studying here with dedication, representing my culture and community through dance.
For the past two years, I was fortunate to receive scholarships that helped me pay for my tuition as a non-EU student. Unfortunately, now that I am entering my third year, I no longer have any financial support. My tuition fee for this year is €6,311, and without funding, I won’t be able to continue my studies.
This program is not only shaping me as a dancer but also giving me the tools to inspire and support other young dancers, especially girls in Turkey who dream of a future in the arts. By supporting me, you’re not just helping one student—you’re investing in a vision where art can reach and empower others.
Any contribution, big or small, means the world to me and brings me one step closer to continuing this journey. Even if you cannot donate, sharing this page will help immensely.
Thank you so much for believing in me and being part of this path.
With gratitude,
Esyla
