Help Me Travel Home to Say Goodbye to My Grandmother

My name is Ester, and I’m trying to raise $2,300 to travel home to Estonia as soon as possible to see my grandmother, who is currently in the hospital after suffering a brain aneurysm.

My Mamma is 87 years old and one of the strongest people I know. Over the years, she has survived a stroke, cancer, and many other serious health challenges. She has always fought through everything life has thrown at her with incredible strength and faith and is a role model to me. She taught me how to sew, how to garden, how to bake, and never failed to iterate the importance of clean clothing and being polite to others.

Right now, she is in the hospital, and while she has always been tough, our family doesn’t know how much time we have left with her. She means the world to me, especially since she helped to raise me when I was young, and I want the chance to see her, hold her hand, and hug her one more time before she is called home to heaven. Being able to say goodbye in person would mean everything to me and to our family. And if the worst happens, I'd like to be there to send her away.
