Dear friends,
My name is Esraa, 26 years old, and I'm an ambitious girl from Palestine, Gaza specifically. I'm reaching out to you during one of the most challenging times my family and I have ever faced. Our homes and businesses were destroyed during the recent Gaza war, leaving us without shelter, income, or stability.
Before the war, I was completing my university education with a Master’s degree in Arabic Language, I dreamed of finishing my studies so I could be a good academic tutor, but I couldn't. Life was enjoyable and full of the warmth of friends and family. However, the devastation of the war suddenly disrupted everything.
On December 5th, I was surprised by the news of the bombing of the place where my fiancé and his family lived, which led to the martyrdom of all his family members, including my fiancé Mohammad. I loved him so much, he was a gentleman and very kind, I miss him so much.
We were supposed to get married on November 15th, but the war came on October 7th, and we did not get married and we did not live the marriage life that we dreamed of together. Currently, it seems impossible for us to meet and realize our dream because my fiancé died, and life with him ended.
My home was bombed and reduced to rubble, and my means of livelihood vanished overnight. It was very comfortable, l missed all my memories in it so after all of this, I can't live here. I find just death and pain.
We are proud people, deeply rooted in our land, but the circumstances have forced us to seek assistance beyond our borders. I never imagined myself reaching out like this, but the gravity of our situation compels me to seek your support. Please help me get out of Gaza, I don't have anything here. I want to complete my life in a safe place so I can get my certificate and to have a safe home. Your contribution, no matter how small, can make a significant difference in our lives.

Hello! My name is Amanda, and I live in South Carolina. I am helping Esraa raise money so she can evacuate herself, her family, and her fiancé's brother as soon as she can. With the Rafah border crossing closed, Esraa and her family can use this money to secure shelter, food, and basic needs in Gaza in the meantime.
While I set up the GFM for Esraa, all money will go to her and Mahmoud and their family in Gaza to use to support their livelihood and hopeful evacuation, soon.
