Hi, my name is Esme and I am 19 years old. I really enjoy playing the saxophone and piano and am looking forward to taking my passion for music forward into uni later this year!

Ever since I began puberty I have mourned the loss of my flat chest. It was deeply distressing growing up with changes I couldn’t control… simple things such as going swimming or trying on new clothes lost their joy. But here we are 8 years later, nearly able to regain the body I once loved through this gender affirming surgery! I am looking forward to finally feeling free again and making my younger self happy.

My parents are deeply supportive and caring, I couldn’t ask for more from them. But due to them living separately and having houses and bills to upkeep as single parents, I am funding this surgery completely independently.

It is my goal to get surgery in the Spring of 2026 and recover before I go to uni in September :) I have managed to earn a substantial amount of money working two jobs in my year out, but it’s still not enough to cover the cost of top surgery (£10,000 minimum!). All money raised here will get me that bit closer to this total!

I will keep you updated on my progress towards top surgery. This is going to truly change my life for the better!
