Hi, my name is Esme J, I am a Spinone Italiano. I suffer from Idiopathic Epilepsy and when I have seizures they always cluster badly. I will only be two years of age February 23rd! My humans keep a log of all my seizures and it's so long. My breeder, was awful to my humans when they told her about my seizures. She blocked them and offered no support of any kind whatsoever. My human Mom did some research on the Gold Bead Procedure, after hearing from others how it helped their dog with epilepsy. And she talked with Dr Durkes a Dr who has been doing this procedure for 40 years with so many successful patients! However the procedure is not covered by my insurance and it costs $2000 and is 3 hours away from where we live. Mom is praying I can get this procedure sometime soon, but we need some help, we would greatly appreciate any help you can give us. It would be amazing if I could have less seizures and maybe even drop some of the medications I take. I TAKE A LOT!! My neurologist says she's all for me having it.
