Help Escape Unlivable Conditions: Support Needed

Hello, my landlord has treated me horribly the entire time ive been here. Every time something needs to be fixed she lashes out and refuses to pay. Now two AC units need fixing, and she wont do it. I cant keep staying here, over half the house and one of the two bathrooms is completely dysfunctional and unusable, and its only gonna get worse. The challenge is, I live in a furnished house and cant afford to move or replace all the furniture I would need, so I need to try to raise enough money to both move, pay a deposit (which is 4x one months rent here), get new furniture, pay moving trucks and be out of work for two months as I get set up in a new home. To do that, I would need to raise this amount. If I raise less, I will use it to make the repairs on the house that are required for it to be livable, lawyer fees (bc I am going to see a lawyer about this) and try to save to move at the end of the contract.
