Update: With heavy hearts
It is with deep sadness that we share that our beautiful friend has passed away peacefully on the 16th of April, surrounded by love.
In her mother’s words:
“I want to tell you our girl has gone, has left us. She died close to 4am we think, quietly and in no distress… no sound to wake Pablo. Everything is calm… there is no need for anyone to hurry… she is free to soar… no more pain, no more loss of who she was. She remains whole… So many hugs. (It is the 16th) I perfumed her with her lavender oil for sleep and Emilia’s and her shared perfume. Her lips have paw paw ointment… I combed her hair.”
We are heartbroken, but grateful she is now at peace.
We want to sincerely thank every single person who has donated, shared, and supported this family during such an incredibly difficult time. Your kindness has meant more than words can express.
We would also like to update you that 100% of all funds raised will go directly into a dedicated trust account to support the family with immediate expenses such as rent and bills, as well as to help provide for the children’s future.
As the family begins to navigate life without her, the financial pressures remain very real. We kindly ask that, if you are able, you consider making a donation or sharing this page with your networks. Every contribution—no matter the size—will make a meaningful difference in helping provide stability and security for the children during this incredibly difficult time.
Please continue to keep the family in your thoughts as they navigate this unimaginable loss.
With love and gratitude

Erin is the kind of person who lights up an entire room the moment she walks in.
She is pure sunshine in human form — positive, warm, and someone people are naturally drawn to.
She is also a devoted mum to two beautiful children, Emilia (10) and Miles (5), and a loving partner to Pablo. Based in Brisbane, Erin’s world has always revolved around her family. She has worked tirelessly as the main breadwinner to give them a safe, happy life filled with love.
For some time now, Erin has been bravely battling cancer.
With broken hearts, her family has recently received the devastating news that treatment options have been exhausted. Erin has now been moved into palliative care, and her time with her loved ones is heartbreakingly limited.
Nothing prepares you for this.
Right now, what matters most are the moments that remain — the cuddles, the conversations, the laughter, the quiet time together as a family.
But alongside this unimaginable grief is a very real and growing financial burden.
As Erin is no longer able to work, Pablo is now facing the pressure of supporting the family on his own, while also being present for Erin and their children during these final, precious days.
As close friends of Erin and her family, we have created this fundraiser to help lift that weight — so they can focus entirely on being together, without the constant stress of how they will manage.
Your donation, no matter the amount, will help support:
• End-of-life and palliative care expenses
• Funeral and farewell costs
• Rent, bills and everyday living expenses
• Creating meaningful final moments and memories together
• A trust to support Emilia and Miles into the future
If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page would mean so much.
Erin has spent her life giving love, kindness and light to everyone around her.
Now it’s our turn to surround her and her family with that same love.
Let’s help give Erin, Pablo, Emilia and Miles the gift of time — free from financial worry — and the support they will need in the days, weeks and years ahead.
Any funds raised beyond immediate needs will go directly into a trust for the children.
Thank you for being part of this.
