Help Erin & Ryan Recover from Tenant from Hell!

As many of you know, Erin and Ryan have been through a long and traumatic experience with a tenant from Hell, as detailed on Ryan's Facebook page.

This nightmare had more than just a mental and emotional cost for them – it had a financial cost. Aside from the legal fees and property damage involved, said tenant also robbed them of all their valuable wine and other liquors (not to mention an old bottle of cooking sherry).

Aside from being two of the loveliest people any of us know, Erin and Ryan would never impose on their friends and ask for help; so I am doing so on their behalf. If each of us who is financially able just pitches in $25, $50, $100 or more, we could all cover their lost money AND give them a little something extra for them to treat themselves. God knows they deserve it.
