If you know my best friend, Erin, you know her strength, her kindness, and her incredible spirit. For five years, she and her husband, Ryan, have quietly and bravely navigated the challenging world of infertility, driven by their dream of starting a family. A huge part of their struggle has been her battle with Stage 4 Endometriosis, a painful and relentless condition.

The path has been tough, paved with expensive medicines and emotionally taxing procedures. Recently, her fight against the pain led her to a major 6-hour surgery three weeks ago. We were all so hopeful that this would be a turning point toward relief and recovery.

Instead, the past few weeks have been filled with fear and uncertainty. Complications from the surgery have sent her back to the emergency room three times. Now, they've received another devastating blow: doctors found an abscess on her ovaries that requires immediate intervention. She is currently being transferred to Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center to prepare for a second, emergency surgery.

I am setting up this GoFundMe because my friend needs to focus on one thing and one thing only: healing. The physical, emotional, and financial toll of this ordeal is immense. We need to lift that burden so her body has the space and peace it needs to recover properly.
