Help Erin Fix the Damage

In 2018, just after the national convention and just before Joe Exotic was arrested, Josh Dial told me he had been fired from joes zoo and evicted from the property and had no where to go so I offered him a room in my home for 200 a month. I paid all the utilities, the internet, I bought all the food. The 200 a month barely covered the increase in my utilities but he really needed place to stay. When Josh came to my home he had nothing. I got him a bed and bedding, let him use my truck so that he could get a job and get around. I paid the insurance on the truck the entire time he used it, almost a year.

At first, Josh was working and dong okay. He was messy and didnt do much to help out but he had been thru hell and I was trying to help sooooo

Fast forward about a year and Josh had started Dating Jackie. Things seemed okay but honestly I wasnt around Jack much. And then covid hit and My ex wasnt comfortable with our daughter traveling back and forth so I moved into his place for the duration. When that happened Josh moved Jack in to my house and they spent the next 6 months destroying my home. They threw trash on the floors, burnt holes in my couch with cigarettes, left food out , it got bad. Then the mice moved in and because their room was so trashed, they moved into the living room and just kept going. When the mess got bad enough that even they couldnt stand it anymore and they had broken every appliance in the house (dishwasher, stove, garbage disposal, washer, dryer, and so on), They left .

When the covid restrictions lifted, I didnt have a livable home to return to. I rented a 10 yard dumpster and filled it in 3 days. I took 10 contractor bags of trash from their room alone. There were full ashtrays dumped out in the floor, it was disgusting. I had to throw out almost everything. Carpets had to be ripped up, Both bathrooms have to be redone, one completely gutted and re done. The washer, dryer, and garbage disposal have already been replaced but the dishwasher, stove and refrigerator (current fridge is working but just barely) still need to be. All of the flooring has to be replaced. I had to replace all of the bedding, towels, beds, dishes, everything.

Ive already spent over 3 thousand dollars that I didnt have to spend and it will cost at least another 12 to 15 thousand to repair the damage. I live on less than 20 k a year and have no idea how Ill manage this. My home is barely livable for me and still a long way from livable for my daughter. I hate asking for help, I make my own way, I just dont know what else to do.
