Finding rental housing for Erin and Andy is becoming very difficult. With the number of kids and bedrooms they need it’s next to impossible to find a large enough home that they can afford per month. So they’ve decided to try and buy a home.  However that will require a down payment. Both of their fathers have agreed to donate to their down payment but it still leaves them short $10,000. We have researched it extensively as I’m a real estate broker I know every loan out there and the qualifications guidelines. They’re almost half way to a new goal of $10,000. Hi my name is Beverly and I use to be Erin’s step mom. We are now the very best of friends and I want to help her and Andy rebuild their life after a devastating fire destroyed their entire home. Between them they have 7 kids and EVERYTHING will need replaced. It will take a little time for them to get everything recorded for insurance but thank God they have State Farm!!!
