Help Erin and Emmie Through Recovery
Donation protected
On Saturday December 21st Erin was involved in a very bad car accident that almost took her life. The accident caused her aorta to disect and also caused a perforation in her diaphragm. We are very lucky to still have her and its a miracle that she's still here.
In order to save her life from the injuries caused by the accident four very invasive surgeries had to be performed and she's got a good bit of healing to do before she is able to get back to work. Her doctors currently aren't sure how long that will take and are estimating anywhere from two to six months.
As a single mother and the sole provider for herself and her 6 year old daughter Emmie, this is an unimaginable situation for her. We would like to provide Erin with a stress free and positive environment to heal in so she can get back to taking care of business as soon as possible. She is grateful for whatever help that is sent her way and if you're unable to donate please consider sharing her story and this fundraiser to whomever you're willing to. Prayers and any kind of positive energy sent her way is appreciated as well.
Erin is so thankful for everyone who has asked about her and checked on her. Thank you all for everything you have done for her already.
*Update*
Erin was discharged from the hospital today (12/30) and is so happy to be home and resting. Even though she's doing great it's still going to be awhile before she's out of the woods. Healing from a disected aorta is a slow and sensitive process. We will continue to keep everyone updated whenever we can. She can't thank everyone enough for the love she's received through all of this.
