This is our beautiful Erika,

6 weeks ago she was diagnosed with a rare cancer at just 25 years old. She has a Neuroendocrine Carcinoma which in her case developed on her pancreas.

Neuroendocrine tumours start in special cells in the body called neuroendocrine cells. These cells are responsible for releasing hormones that help control different functions in the body. Because these cells exist in many organs, this type of cancer can behave very differently from more common cancers. On her birthday she was admitted to hospital and unfortunately received news that the cancer is extremely fast growing.

Despite all of this she is continuing to fight with incredible strength and courage every single day. She is choosing to focus on love, making memories and living her life as full as possible.

She wants to get married to the love of her life and we want to make that happen.

This fundraiser has been created to help make her dreams a reality. Although the fight is not over, we want to give her the chance to do all that she deserves, to create special memories.
