Help Erik with his transplant

Hi my mame is Erik Placios and im fundraising because I'm in need of a kidney transplant surgery im only 32 years old and a working parent. I found out of my illness when it was too late, there is nothing that i can do besides the transplant as you can see in the picture im currentl on dialysis hace been there 2 years now and it is really difficult im always tired it takes a lot of cuality time with my family and it bumps with my current work timing. The money that im fundraising is for my medical bills including the operation. I am a parent of 4 amazing kids my oldest is 12 and currently on therapy because he stresses a lot for my situation and also the pandemic , 2nd is 10 he is super bright in school always giving his best , 3rd is 5 years old and a trouble maker but still notices my absences and last my baby. She is 2 years old and is always with me following me around every where. My wife and i have been together since 2009 and she helps me as much as she can but paying babysitting and taking the kids to appointments makes it difficult for her to work. I am currently working three times a week but if u need any kind of landscape work im happy to do it as well as my wife she is a housekeeper. I would really appreciate if you help me with my illness. We are currently looking for the transplant and organization that can help us we really appreciate the help you are giving us
