For the past 3 months, I have been suffering immensely from a rare, poorly understood and life-altering disease known as Post-Finasteride Syndrome. PFS is absolutely horrific and multi-systemic. There are no treatments or cures.

PFS has had a profoundly negative impact on almost every aspect of my life.

Living with a disease with no known treatments or cures has been extremely difficult. To better understand this condition, and hopefully identify potential treatments, more research is urgently needed.

I am asking my family and friends to please consider supporting PFS Network's upcoming research opportunity with The Institute for Human Genetics at the University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein in Germany. The scientists involved in conducting this research have world leading expertise and have been published in journals such as Nature and Cell.

This study is crucial if we are to find an effective treatment for PFS. I am asking you to please contribute as generously as you can, and help me raise funds for this important research.

The total project cost is approximately $80,000 and the PFS Network team will contribute approximately half the required funds. I am trying to raise $10,000 personally, but any support you can provide is deeply appreciated. Any funds raised go directly to PFS Network, which is set up solely to fund PFS research.
