Hi I am Erik, and a working member of society. On Monday evening about 8:30 I was doing a news story about my local town just walking down the sidewalk filming, and I declined when asked for my information, because I haven't been suspected of a crime. I wasn't even told what I was arrested for until I bonded out the next day. My phone was seized, and was told that the officer had it at his house, and he would be off for the next four days.
