Hi, my name is Eric. I'm a 29-year-old with type 1 diabetes. I've lost vision in one eye and I've started going to dialysis three times a week since my kidneys failed, along with congestive heart problems leading to a heart attack. With the health issues I'm dealing with alongside transportation issues, I find I'm unable to work and getting disability benefits is proving to be a difficult task, so I'm reluctantly making this page to ask for help from anyone generous enough to do so.
