Help Eric Recover from a Stroke, he is uninsured

Eric is a handyman extraordinaire who travels between North Carolina where he lives to Maryland to care for his 92 year old mother and to work. He had a major stroke at the end of August and is partially paralyzed on the right side.  Also,  his income is so low that he does not qualify for reduced medical insurance on the Healthcare exchange and because of this did not have health insurance.  To add to his woes, he is also getting a divorce and his dog of 21 years passed away this year.

Eric is going to have a long road to recovery ahead of him and he may never be able to work in his chosen profession again.  Anything you can do to help him and his mother with his mounting medical bills is greatly appreciated!
