Help Eric live with melanoma

Eric was first diagnosed with malignant melanoma in December of 2017, not the best holiday gift. He went through the proper steps to get treatment, (i.e immunotherapy, cancerous mass removal, removal of lymph node) however, he didn’t know it would be so difficult to receive affordable insurance. In June of 2018 he could no longer afford the $800 monthly health insurance on top of the out of pocket expenses.
Fast forward to 2020; Got the stomach flu on Christmas that wouldn’t go away. A month in he made a trip to the er and received saddening news. Eric’s cancer has spread to his bones, liver, and spleen and has become metastatic melanoma. The doctor in short has said that there is a massive amount of cancerous cells that are killing him from the inside.
As of now Eric is permanently disabled. About every 5-7 days we are making trips to the hospital for saline drips to keep him hydrated. He has just started his immunotherapy again which is every other week.
Recently he’s had horrible spinal/pelvic pain which is newer in the last month. On a good day eric is up for about 6 hours of the day. On a bad day, he is lucky to be up for maybe 3, and walking with assistance and a cane.
Eric is married and has been going on for four years now. His wife, Miranda, continuously supports him and makes sure his financial woes are not his to bear since healing should be his only concern. He also has a daughter, Natallyah, who is 8years old, and a spitting image of her daddy.
What help we are asking for are the financial stresses and woes that come with cancer. The constant trips, the out of pocket expenses, medical expenses in general, and help with cost of living because, let’s be frank, average people cannot usually afford a substantial medical debt on top of the mortgage, fuel, energy, grocery bills, ect. Any help we really appreciate and thank you for all the prayers.
