Help Eric Hamilton with Cancer Treatments
"Appreciation is a wonderful thing. It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well."
- Voltaire
Hello everyone,
This is Lauren, Eric's wife. I wanted to start by saying thank you all. Your generosity and thoughtfulness towards our family as we take this unexpected journey has really kept us going. We spend a lot of time talking about how fortunate we are, despite dealing with a very unfortunate disease.
Week one treatment is in the books and Eric has handled it like a champ. There has been pain, loss of sleep, and loss of appetite, but he knows that this is only temporary and will continue to fight.
If we have not answered your email, returned your phone call or text, it isn't because we don't want to. Specifically, I have asked Eric to "take it easy" on the phone and computer because of his headaches and if you know me at all, you know my intentions are great, but you probably receive your Christmas card in July. I am working on responding to everyone. We are SO grateful and we are sending you love, peace, and wishes of good health to all of you.
Additionally, I would be even more grateful if every person that has contributed to this gofund me, sent a card, brought us a meal, and the list of kindnesses goes on, would send me their mailing address?
You can email it to [email redacted][email redacted], OR send it to me in a private FB message.
Please keep sending Eric the healing vibes, good juju, and prayers!
Love,
Eric, Lauren, and Tess
Thank you all for your kindness and generosity.
Some of you may know by now that a cancerous tumor has been discovered in Eric’s nasal passage and will require an extensive amount of radiation and chemotherapy to eradicate it. We are once again opening the go fund me and asking for donations to help cover some of his treatment costs. God bless you all for your kindness, prayers, and well wishes.

He would never ask you himself, that’s why I am...
Eric has developed a complication from Covid that is affecting his hearing. He has lost most hearing in his left ear but would never let you know that. The doc says a one-time procedure should take care of it. He’s a singer, band leader, film director/producer, gentleman, good friend and could use our help to preserve his hearing and health.
Thank you in advance for considering a donation to this fund.
