Help Eric get to Mayo

In late May 2015, my awesome husband, Eric Ruble, began feeling unwell. He came home from work in June and by the middle of July was falling and had difficulty walking. By August he was in need of a wheelchair outside the house.
He was a very fun loving, outdoorsy, adventurous, spontaneous father to our six children up until this illness.
He has gone to many hospitals and doctors, had scans, biopsies, blood tests, ultrasounds and exams. None of them have given us answers. His health has continued to decline. It is difficult to put into words the tremendous emotional and financial burden this has put on us. Especially when we can't get a diagnosis.
We have the opportunity to take him to The Mayo Clinic in Arizona in early March. We have so many medical bills that we can't keep up, but his employment will only hold his job until June. After that our access to Healthcare will be gone.
He has been denied SS Disability because he is just 37, and we need help. I believe there are answers to be found. Watching him go through this has been devastating to our family.
