Hello my name is Eric. I am a 38 year old Kidney patient suffering from Kidney Failure, Congestive Heart Failure, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, and COPD. I am waiting on a kidney/pancreas transplant. I am currently also about to be homeless. I have been dealing with health issues for over 7 years and now I am being threatened to lose the roof over my head.
