Help Eric and His Mother Through Tough Times

Hi,

My name's Eric, or Kinetik615. I am asking for help for the following reason. I am currently unable to work by neurosurgeon medical recommendation. I am going to need multiple surgeries on my neck and back, among other things, before I am able to work again due to the extreme constant pain I am in, as well as the risk of paralyzation or death if I don't get the surgeries. I am currently seeking disability help to get me through the surgeries and recoveries over the next few years, but the process to get disability, due to my age, will take at least a year to 2 years, even with legal representation during the process.

I also help take care of my elderly mother who is fighting both lung and stomach cancer. I am starting to run low on funds to keep our rent and utilities on through this process. I have reached out to organizations in our area for help, and none is able to be spared at this time.

So, after much urging from those close to me, I made this GoFundMe, and am asking for help to avoid losing the roof over our heads between now and when I get approved for the disability to get us through the surgeries I need to get back to work.
