Hi, I'm trying to raise money for a friend who totaled his car. He has to drive with special hand controls. He was able to get another vehicle with the insurance for the totaled vehicle, but the insurance will only pay a small amount to have the new vehicle set up with the special hand controls.
Right now, the vehicle serves him no purpose because he cannot drive it until the vehicle is equipped for him. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
