Dear Brothers and Supporters of Delta Sigma Pi,

We are reaching out with an exciting and urgent request to help us rebuild and relaunch the Epsilon Theta Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi (DSP) at California State University, Chico. After facing the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, which significantly affected our chapter’s operations, we are thrilled to announce that, as of Fall 2024, the Epsilon Theta Chapter has officially been re-recognized as an on-campus business organization at CSU, Chico. This is a huge milestone for us, but we need your support to help restore the chapter to its full potential and continue the mission of leadership, professionalism, and brotherhood that Delta Sigma Pi represents.

Our Journey: Overcoming Adversity & Rebuilding
The COVID-19 pandemic hit our chapter hard. Like many student organizations, we were forced to suspend in-person activities, cancel events, and temporarily halt recruitment efforts. The loss of face-to-face interactions with members, the disruption to our community service projects, and the inability to meet in person to build brotherhood were just a few of the setbacks that took a toll on our chapter’s growth and vitality.

Despite these challenges, we never lost sight of our goal to rebuild. After months of hard work, dedication, and perseverance, we are proud to say that in Fall 2024, the Epsilon Theta Chapter was officially re-recognized by the university. But our journey is just beginning. We are determined to relaunch the chapter stronger than ever, and with your help, we can make that vision a reality.

The Next Generation of Leaders: 4 New Initiates Ready to Lead
We are thrilled to announce that four new brothers were officially initiated into the Epsilon Theta Chapter today, bringing fresh energy, excitement, and a renewed commitment to our mission. These brothers are ready to take on leadership roles, engage with the campus community, and drive the chapter forward. Their dedication and enthusiasm represent the future of Delta Sigma Pi at CSU, Chico, and we are incredibly proud to welcome them into the brotherhood.

Why We Need Your Support
Rebuilding and relaunching a chapter from the ground up requires more than just dedication—it requires resources. To ensure our success, we need financial support to cover:

Recruitment and Outreach: Funding for promotional materials, events, and outreach programs to attract new members and increase awareness of our re-established chapter.

Professional Development: Resources to provide our members with valuable networking opportunities, leadership conferences, and skill-building workshops that will enhance their careers.

Chapter Operations: Administrative costs, supplies, and other day-to-day expenses that are essential to running an active and engaged student organization.

Community Service and Philanthropy: Funding for events and projects that allow us to give back to the Chico community and embody the values of service and leadership that Delta Sigma Pi holds dear.

Social and Brotherhood Activities: Creating opportunities for social bonding, team-building, and fostering a strong sense of brotherhood among our members.

How You Can Help
We are asking for your generous support to help us fund the future of the Epsilon Theta Chapter. Every donation—no matter the size—makes a direct impact. Whether you’re a Delta Sigma Pi alum, a current student, or a friend of the chapter, your contribution is essential to our success. We also welcome your mentorship and involvement in our journey to reinvigorate the chapter and build the next generation of leaders in business.

What Your Donation Will Fund:
$25: Covers the cost of recruitment materials to help spread the word and bring in new members.
$50: Helps fund professional development programs, including workshops and leadership training sessions for our brothers.
$100: Contributes to organizing community service events and philanthropic projects.
$500: Helps us cover operational expenses, including chapter supplies and administrative costs.
$1,000 or more: Provides a significant contribution toward chapter events, conferences, and future leadership development programs.
A Bright Future Ahead
The Epsilon Theta Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi has faced its challenges, but with the support of our community and the dedication of our new members, we are more determined than ever to rebuild, relaunch, and thrive. Your generosity will help ensure that we continue to serve as a vital resource for students, alumni, and the Chico community. Together, we can create a lasting impact for future generations of DSP members.

Thank you for your support and belief in the power of Delta Sigma Pi. We are excited to watch the Epsilon Theta Chapter rise again, stronger and more committed than ever. If you have any questions or would like to get more involved, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
