Amy and Enzo here,

After months of backwards and forwards to vets and physio appointments, we unfortunately received the bad news that Enzo has bilateral hip dysplasia and needs total hip replacement surgery on both to give him back his quality of life. Unfortunately he hasn’t responded well to pain relief and it is recommended that the surgery is the best option to give him the pain free life he deserves. The poor puppy will have been in pain all his life.

Enzo does have insurance, however we are short at least £2500 for his first operation. Due to already using £5000 of his insurance on the previous investigations and physio treatments. Each hip will cost over £8000 and then he will need physio and hydrotherapy to rebuild his strength.

Enzo is my world and I just want the best for him. He’s only 3 and should be running around enjoying himself. Unfortunately because of how things were diagnosed it took quite a while and half of his insurance. If you can spare anything towards his surgery and rehabilitation it would mean so much to us. His first surgery is booked for 23rd July.
