Help Enzo Fight Leukemia-A Brave Toddler's Battle

Hello,

My name is Ben, and I am reaching out to you to ask for help on behalf of my nephew, Enzo. On November 20th, 2023, after celebrating his second birthday, Enzo was diagnosed with leukemia. This news has us all concerned, to say the least, but we are determined to do everything we can to support him and his mother, Desiree.

Desiree is a strong woman who has faced financial challenges before but has always managed to find a way. Several months ago, our loving mother, Colleen (Mimi), suffered a severe stroke, leaving her unable to help Desiree with childcare or to offer much moral support both of which Desiree and Enzo so heavily relied upon. Despite her own health struggles, Colleen was always there for Desiree but sadly is no longer able to help with this.

Now, with Enzo's leukemia diagnosis, Desiree is facing a future of missed work and lost wages so she can be by her son's side as much as possible during treatment. As we start what is sure to be a lengthy treatment, the cost of medical expenses is not known but is likely to be severely high.

Enzo is a typical two-year-old with a contagious smile, and deep blue eyes, who loves all the things most boys love, like cars, trucks, and trying to use his Papa Dan’s tools. His favorite toys are from Disney’s Cars series, his favorite character is Tow-Mater. We want to make sure Enzo can focus on being a happy toddler and can fight this battle with everything he has in him, without the added stress of financial concerns.

The survivability rate for Enzo's type of leukemia is good but this treatment will be a battle that will demand courage, strength, and steadfast support. Your generous contributions will be used to help cover medical expenses, ensure Enzo receives the best care possible, and alleviate some financial strain on Desiree. This support will provide her with the time to be there for Enzo and offer him the necessary assistance during this challenging time.
