Enrique, caretaker at La Barca for over 20 years, is facing one of the toughest challenges of his life. At 59, he was hit by a car while riding his motorcycle and suffered a severe knee fracture that required urgent surgery. The accident left him with a metal plate in his leg and a long road to recovery ahead. Without health insurance, the medical costs have quickly become overwhelming, and the stress of mounting bills is making his recovery even harder.
