Help Enrique Fight for His Legal Rights

Greetings! I'm Enrique and if you're not already aware, I am reaching out to you all because I have started a go fund me due to some very, sudden, avoidable and unfortunate circumstances, I have been forced to pretect myself legally regarding my late father's trust, which would be extremely difficut for one person to come up with. I feel awkward doing this because I want to work and pay my own bills, but I am realizing that may be difficult for the time being. I am now caught in a situation that has escalated into now needing not one, but two different attorneys.

So here I am asking for help to pay attorney fees so that justice can be served. What the Trustee, my siste,r is doing to me is unlawful, greedy and spiteful. I've heard how money and greed can make people into monsters, didn't really think it would happen to me. She refuses to

hand a copy of the trust over to me, which entitles me to my father's house as long as the mortgage and bills were paid on a monthly basis. It's been 9 miserable months at this time. The last 2 months without gas and electricity. The trustee, has refused to give me a copy of the trust and it has been close to 7 months which makes it a fiduciary violation. It is supposed to be given to a beneficiary immediately following the death of the Grantor, my father with a two month limit, which then becomes a fiduciary violation. She has recieved a text message, a Lawyers request and the last request, in person, on the 15th of June which proved fruitless. My other two siblings have received theirs immediately and have teamed up out of greed and spitefulness to remove me from what is entitled in the trust legally. The time has come when I need to ask for help. The legal fees are staggering as I am sure so many of you can relate to. The costs are associated with funding my legal fees for two attorneys to represent me at the court related proceedings. At this point I have no choice but to continue and keep paying attorney fees when possible or I will lose everything I sacrificed the last four years to get to this point in my life.

I suppose my father left this condition in his trust to help me succeed in the program with a goal of being a Cath Lab tech. It hurts and bugs me to discuss this ordeal, but so far I am still standing and fighting for what is legally right but it has taken a toll on me, not only financially, it has also taken a toll on my quality of life.

The Trustee has made some illegal moves on the house like removing the stove, refrigerator and washing machine, turning off the gas/heat and electricity, changing the locks on the door thus locking me out, giving me no choice but to call the police, which were very helpful and in agreement that illegal acts were done, but could only advise me to seek legal counsel and take it to court where the sentence can be served. And someone put an Apple tag on my vehicle. My guess is that they did that so they could change the locks on the door while I was away.

I really had no idea of what going on after my father's passing regarding trusts and beneficiaries. I placed my faith and trust in family regardless of squabbles and I was wrong in assuming no backstabbing would be involved. They basically wanted the house, they rent it for a profit and split it amongst themselves. They try to con me with a 20 thousand dollar check as if they were doing me a favor and get it notarized so I cant get back at them, but it backfires on them. They get mad and decided to serve me with an eviction notice. I had my suspicions, and I have to thank some of my friends for their advice to remove any doubt.

The Trustee didn't hand out the trust but she didn't hesitate to send a 30 day eviction notice in May. Legal Aid has helped me out with this situation but only with very useful advice, but now the second lawyer has come into play to take these matters into court .

I am currently picking up any shifts at work to prepare for anything that migh occur in my life and I am getting ready for my opportunity back into the Cardiovascular Tech Program. I had to fight my way back and prove myself worthy to the instructors. I hope I dont fall short because of this legal battle. Under normal circumstances I would've been studying Echo Physics and Identifying ECG's. This is my only chance, it's a now or never situation. I am highly dissapointed that my own family would knowingly sabotage my dream out of greed and perhaps jealousy. I'll keep you posted once I get the trust in my hands legally.
