Help Enrie Ruffin Rebuild After Devastating House Fire
We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support for our beloved friend and colleague, Enrie Ruffin.
Enrie is a dedicated overnight pharmacy technician at VCU Health, a full-time nursing student at Bon Secours, and above all, a loving single mother who gives her all to care for others—at home, at work, and in the classroom.
Tragically, Enrie recently experienced a devastating house fire that destroyed everything she owns. In the blink of an eye, she lost her home, her belongings, and the sense of stability she worked so hard to build for her and her child.
Despite the unimaginable loss, Enrie continues to show incredible strength, grace, and determination to keep moving forward. But she can’t do it alone—and that’s where we come in.
We’re asking our community, near and far, to rally around Enrie during this difficult time. Every dollar donated will go toward helping her replace the essentials—clothing, furniture, school materials, and basic household needs—as she works to rebuild her life from the ground up.
If you’ve had the pleasure of knowing Enrie, you know she is selfless, compassionate, and always ready to help others. Now, it’s our turn to be there for her.
Please give what you can, and share this campaign to help spread the word. No contribution is too small. Together, we can help Enrie and her family rise from the ashes and begin again.
With gratitude,
